How can I login to place an order?

You can login by entering the email address used for the Lev Haolam package subscription.

How do I receive a password?

To receive your password, click Forgot Password, and enter the email address to which the Lev Haolam subscription was made. A link will then be sent to your email that will allow you to change the password to a personal one for you to use each time you login to the store.

What should I do if I lost or forgot my password?

Ordering & Purchasing

Who can place an order on the site?

Only active subscribers of Lev Haolam who receive periodic surprise packages can place an order on the site.

Why can only active subscribers of Lev Haolam place an order?

Most of our suppliers are small developing businesses. In this regard, they have small warehouses and can only produce a limited number of products. Our task is to help them initially introduce their products so that they can gradually enter global markets.

How do I place an order?

1. When you login to the store you have the opportunity to browse and select different products. If you like a product and you want to purchase it, click on the Add to Cart button. The product will then appear in your shopping cart.
2. To view all the products added to the shopping cart, click on the View Cart button. To edit the quantity of goods in the basket, press + or - next to the quantity of the product. To complete the process, click on the Update Cart button.
3. After completing the process of selecting products and confirming the quantity in the View Cart section, select the country of delivery to calculate the delivery cost. Then click Proceed to Checkout.
4. Fill in the exact delivery address and contact details.
5. Pay by credit card or with a PayPal account.

How do I edit the amount of goods in the cart?

To see all the products in the cart, click on the View Cart button. To edit the quantity of goods in the basket, press + or - next to the quantity of the product. To complete the process, click on the Update Cart button.

The available description and images of the product are not informative enough for me to make a purchasing decision. What should I do?

How do I pay for my order?

1. After completing the process of selecting products and confirming the quantity in the View Cart section, select the country of delivery to calculate the delivery cost. Then click Proceed to Checkout.
2. Fill in the exact delivery address and contact details.
3. Pay by credit card or with a PayPal account.

What is the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount, but the delivery charge is more cost-effective with larger orders.

What is the maximum order size?

If you plan to order more than 100 items of one product, please contact us for pre-confirmation.

If I order two products, in separate orders, will they be delivered in one package?

Two separate orders will be delivered in two individual packages. If you want to combine two orders, you need to notify us in the Comments section of the order form or contact our support team at shop@levhaolam.com

Can I make changes to my delivery address or contact/billing information that I originally provided when I subscribed to Lev Haolam?

In your store account you can change your delivery address, contact information, and billing information for individual orders. Please note that changing the address, contact or billing information in your store account does not change the information for subscription surprise packages from Lev Haolam. Any changes related to the monthly subscription account must be made by contacting shop@levhaolam.com.

How can I change an order or cancel it?

If the order has not yet been sent, you can contact our support team to cancel the order.
If the order has not yet been packed up by our packaging team, you can contact our support team to make changes to your order.

Returns

Can I return a purchased item?

You can return the purchased products provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been broken. Please also consider that the cost of returning products is at the customer’s expense.

What do I do if I receive products in a damaged condition?

In this case, you should contact our support team and together we will find a solution that satisfies everyone.

Delivery

How are the goods delivered?

We ship via Israel Post which works with the national postal company in the recipient’s country. In the future, express delivery will also be provided.

How long is the ordering process?

Within two days, the order is sent to the post office. The time of arrival depends on the country of delivery (on average from 10-20 days).

What if the delivery of my order is late?

In this case, you need to contact our support team to obtain the shipping information and then, if necessary, contact the local delivery service.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated when the order is placed. The calculation is based on the weight and size of the package and the country of departure. To see the shipping cost calculation before you place your order, select the delivery country in the View Cart section. Click the OK button and the system will automatically display the shipping cost.

There are two shipping options to choose from - Express and Economy.

Economy shipping option is only available for the orders which weight is no more than 1.9 kg (except delivery for the UK, economy shipping available for orders up to 5 kg).

Who Pays For Customs Fees?

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Lev Haolam isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on the Lev Haolam Online Store.

How do I pay customs fees?

If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.
